Ive seen bouncers in Manhattan scanning IDs with BCS before so its possible but it wasn't too common if i remember correctly

I was at NYU and Bowery electric, phebes, and B bar all used BCS. lost an old OIS that didn't end up scanning there and had to bust the lucy out..

So its not that common because the bar owners have to get a subscription to it and it's ease of passing is kinda well known.
They send a lot of spam emails too.
The places that use it tend to have older owners who think it's really space age or places that wanted to do something post citation by the licensing board but not really change anything...which I see a lot.
