if its an 18 plus club then they probably give out wristbands to people 21 plus so the bartenders only check for the wristbands, i say test your luck and go in 21 plus and have some fun rather than getting busted wiping the x off your hands and not having a wristband at the bar which the bouncer will vouch that he gave you Xs if you argue with them.

I've been to places around there, but never to that particular place. I would say baltimore places in general aren't known for being strict, so if your ID is solid you shouldn't have a problem. That being said if you do, most bouncers at 18+ clubs will just deny your fake if they spot it and ask for your real and let you in anyway.

Haven't been to this place specifically but I've been going to the many of the bars/clubs around Fells Point/Hampden for awhile and they havent been strict in the slightest. My friends and I were using the old FYD nPAs everywhere we went (these were their first version of the nPA and they were pretty shit). One of our friends even uses a garbage CA license and nobody bats an eye. Generally if the place attracts a mostly younger crowd then they shouldnt give you any problems.

Rodo's in Fells Point is definitely my favorite. Great prices and bouncer's have even given us free drinks in the past. Admiral's Cup and Greene Turtle are also decent but can be expensive if they arent having a drink special. If you want more of a sittdown dinner and drink sort of deal definitely checkout On the Border in Towson. They are super chill with IDs and there's lots to do around there, including other bars.
