Evolved reprint for 4000 expiration date PA still not recieved ( self )

I requested reprints since the expiration date on all the PAs were 4000 and i was told they were shipped around 3-4 weeks ago. I still havent received. Has anyone else not received these either?

I received but my id is the wrong state and the street address just says 1234 ar (state is Arkansas) and name is first, middle, last. I know I didn't input this information but the person's picture and signature is on there so idk how it got fucked up

Did you follow any of the instructions I posted the last 2-3 weeks?

Everything i've posted is linked to my updates page. Ive been asking for replacement orders since November when i opened up PA only as well as the last 3 weeks.

Plenty of people have received if they followed my instructions.

I have been talking to your CS and i was told just to give old order number and he would add it to his logs. That was about 3 weeks ago and i was told they were shipped but I have never received.

Pls read out posts. That was for people that placed their replacement orders back in nov-dec. If you never did that then thats why you never received.
