Do you allow custom DOB for that? I've been thinking of getting an u21 oPA with the same DOB as a nPA o21. Then hole punch the old one and use it as a secondary. But it would need same DOB/DL number and the issue date/expiration date would need to be back dated for the u21

Thats smart we use to offer combos like that . We allow any pic, info and dob but we do not allow a dl change.

I get why you don't do custom DL#, but would it be possible to make the DL# the same for both? I don't care what it is. It can be any kind of random numbers, but I just want it to be the same for both.
