ISP Otx ( self )

I’ve gotten an Otx from evolved and ois both look pretty good and pass here and there but always end up getting taken, I pass for over 21 easily so I know it’s not that and I can’t use out of states because I’m in Houston and always cops next to the doorman verifying out of states but I was wondering if anyone knows a solid vendor or any tips whether it be signature, picture, etc

Well picture is all you bro, vendor can only do so much. If cops are genuinely there to verify out of state and you're not just saying that to justify why you need a Texas ID, id say you're getting pretty close to SOL considering old Texas hasn't been in circulation for almost 2 years. If vertical IDs aren't an issue, I'd consider sticking it out w OIS as they're the only ones I know who make an u21 old Texas. Just have it say you're at least 22 maybe 23
