21done account (RESOLVED) ( self )

What’s up guys. So I’m trying to resell through 21done and I have submitted 2 orders so far. My second order did not link with my account and it does not show up in my orders. I got the confirmation email and stuff that goes along with it but it is not linked with my account. I submitted a ticket and 21done closed it but did not fix the issue. Anyone else have some advice?

21done Vendor —

That means you weren't logged in when you placed the order, and checked out as a guest. PM me the email on account and I'll straighten it out. Normally we try to avoid that to prevent order jacking.
