Real name or fake name? ( self )

Considering getting my real name but others have said to get a fake name on the id. Which is the better option?

real name. if you you get caught with a fake name they can fuck you over with identity fraud. i has a friend go to court for getting caught and he had a fake name and he got fined $1000 for it

Wouldn't it be riskier in case a bar/club takes your ID and let's you go? Then it would be easy for the cops to track you down no?
if they take your id and let you go, they’re not gonna track you down after. if they were gonna do something, they’re gonna do it while you’re there
but ik that some clubs take them and give them to the police afterwards no?
^^ go ahead and use a fake name and possibly get identity fraud then lol. if they are really gonna give a fuck and try to track you down, they will probably be able to do it whether you use a fake name or not.

The police can't really do anything as the club basically stole an item from you then gave it to the police... don't be so worried. How ever if you use a fake name and for some reason the police search you, you can be convicted of identity fraud and a couple other charges.
