mine has said reprint in progress for 2 weeks also and we ordered in july. since you’re a reseller and have experience how long does it usually take to get reprints?

I've never had an order seized or a misprint so I am not sure. Edit: never had an order seized before this one

You can assume all you want, we get hundreds of orders a day. We do not wait for a "Huge" batch as that would lead to delays.

We had over 1800 IDs seized in the course of 2 days. Obviously you were in the seized batch, before that our turnaround times were on point and still are.

You're only complaining because we have to reship your IDs because they got seized otherwise you would have had the IDs within what, 12 day turnaround? We usually make people wait 21 days to confirm their order is seized, we did not do that and marked everyones orders as a reprint within 7 days of being shipped. Now, if you want a more unreliable vendor feel free to go with someone else.

We already reprinted the seized batch and are shipping them out on different days so they won't get SEIZED again.

Just because you haven't had a package shipped domestic doesn't mean hundreds of other people haven't.

Another note: They were seized on the 15th, we waited 7 days rather then 21 days. Marked them reprint on 22nd. It's been 12 days since in progress, which they are all printed right now. We're waiting tracking.

Also our volume has increased tenfold since last year and we just recently hired 4 more employees.

I don't assume anything. I understand that your volume is probably unfathomable to most people on here and that your logistical process is likely a cluster fuck. I'm in college for supply chain management and would likely kill myself if I were in the position you are placed in. I assume it pays well enough to make it worth it.

Yes, I was in the seized batch and I understand that it takes time to get it out. All anyone wants is just a bit of communication, not radio silence and vague answers from customer service that hardly understands English.

You continue to say that your turn around times are on point etc etc etc. I get literally nothing from saying your turn around times aren't what you say they are. If you'd like, I'd be more than happy to provide evidence of turn around times not being the 2-4 weeks you say they are. If it's an anomaly, so be it, I seem to be the most unlucky person to have ever ordered from you.

If the IDs were not seized I would have had them on August 15th, my orders were placed on July 23rd, which would have had them delivered 23 days later. It's worth noting that it was shipped 1 day by air which I was pleasantly surprised by because the last order was shipped via China EMS and it took 14 days in just shipping time, not including processing.

As for you saying go with an unreliable vendor: I cannot empathize, but I sympathize with when things just go wrong and people just don't understand. Things fuck up, people fuck up, sometimes China goes on holiday for Golden Week and the entire fucking world seems to shut down. I'm not looking for another vendor because I love your product. It's superb and I have never ONCE had anyone tell me they had an issue with your IDs. Out of dozens. I use my first one I bought from you myself even still, my duplicate gathering dust because it's never moved.

I'm not sure what to make of the differences between what you say and your support people say, which is why so many people need to reach out to you on these forums.

At the end of the day, FYD, I have an immense amount of respect for you to be able to run a business like this for as long as you have with an excellent quality product. Truly inspirational in all meanings of the word. I just wish that your shipping was as fast as it was last year, because, fuck, it was amazing to have customers literally giving me tips because the order was there in a week flat. I almost didn't believe my buddy when he told me his IDs got to him in 5 days.

I only have ever had issues with your shipping times and support workers, that's all. I would greatly appreciate it if you took the time to read this wall of text because I really am just trying to vent my frustrations to you in case you can fix them.

Edit: I also want to say I only pay with cryptocurrency.

That is why I said you can assume all you want, my support rep is not suppose to say that we don't ship domestic. I have told them in the past, they obviously aren't listening so I'll tell them again

The only time things get backed up is when a big seizure happens(we're not backed up right now either), which is once every few months then everything goes back to normal.

I mean how can you read my entire comment and just ignore 95% of it. Okay I literally did say I assume. My bad, I guess I fucked up there. I guess what I was getting at is that it's the only reason I can think of for shipping times to be like this.

And this all begs the question: how the fuck do I get you to ship domestic? I would be willing to pay a premium for my orders to be shipped domestic every time.

I did read the wall of text, we ship domestically randomly as we don't want people to learn to track how we ship domestic. We'll ship about 300/1000 packages domestic. We thought about adding an option for that at an increase price but went against it as it would allow people to track our domestic shipping.

We understand resellers should have priority which we do but we'll start to include reseller orders with our rush batch from now on so they get shipped out faster. Which we download every other day, or almost every day

have they all been shipped? the support won’t give me a clear answer. 2 weeks ago they said it’d take about 2 weeks then i asked them a couple day ago and they said it’d be another 2 weeks. i understand it got seized but we ordered like july 20th and just want to know what’s going on thanks
