web address changes from .com to .ph ??? ( link )

Just wondering about this. Went to new-ids.com because the VVL said it was all done in the US. Once I got to the order form though the web address changed to new-ids.ph Can someone help me understand this as to why it now went to a Philippines domain?

This is just for security purposes and does not mean they are or are not in the US. Although, this vendor is not domestic and does not produce IDs within the US. They may ship the IDs in bulk to a reshipper in the US who will then ship them to their final destination, but the IDs will still go through Customs.

Like 21done said they may ship IDs in bulk to the US and then reship them domestically but I know for a fact when you order supplies (holos) from new ids they come from china
