Weak Beer ( self )

can anyone tell me why certain states (looking at you, KS...) will only allow 3.2% beer to be sold outside bars and liquor stores? and why mini-marts and Wally World cant sell wine/spirits? does it have something to do with actual control? what is it? it's really fuckin stupid. I just got a case of corona at the 7/11 and that shit was weak as fuck...

Why do we have to be 21 to drink but can be 17 to be killed in battle, dude once u learn laws don’t make much sense u just roll with the punches

exactly. shit like weaker beer... if they're going to make it weaker, why not let 18+ buy it at least? like I see no real reason to sell weak beer at all, especially when you can walk into a liquor store and buy the same stuff at the full strength for the same damn price.
