Just leave it blank they’ll make one for you. It’s not always guaranteed to look good, and if you’re ever asked to replicate it you’ll have a hard time.

people have their different ways of doing it, but i’ve never had a problem with a regular sharpie on printer paper

Use gimp or photoshop, draw a really simple signature you can replicate easily on the spot. Export as png, upload, done.
