Got these IDs for Free from OIS as a giveaway! Got 3 IDs with dupes, once again HUGE shoutout and thanks for OIS for the hookup!
● Communication 10/10: OIS got back to me pretty fast here on the forums and on Wickr, no complains!
● Cost 10/10: Free IDs? Helll yeah
● Shipping 10/10: Shipping was fast as fuck for International from China to the US, seriously impressed. I placed my Order on 11/4, they arrived on 11/13. The tracking number was included, and the update emails were great.
● Stealth 10/10: I laughed my ass off at the stealth, seriously well done. Could probably get past parents looking through the package, you had to do some hunting around to find them. Probably the most I can say without blowing their shipping OPSEC
nRI
● Uncertainty: Low. Comparing with BarBook 2019
● Template 10/10: I've never seen a legit nRI before, but this template is great! Really impressed with the microprint and overall sharpness/clarity. Colors look pretty good, maybe a little bright but it's hard to tell with BarBook. Placement looks good all around.
● Photoshop 9/10: I got these two nRI's for some friends, one sent me a good picture and the other sent me an alright one. One guy who doesn't have super big ears doesn't have like any shadow below the ears, and the other guy has a lot more shadow. Pretty happy with how these turned out though, the PS is nice.
● Signature 9/10: Both guys didn't send me a signature, so I had OIS generate me some. They look pretty good, looks handwritten and not some computer-generated bullshit cursive font. One is a little smaller than the other (not a micro signature but getting there), but regardless both look nice.
● OVI 9/10: OVI looks good. Has the state seal, "Rhode Island" below it, and anchor with 6 stars around the ghost image. Barbook mentions a "RIDMV" OVI patters, not sure if it's missing something or not but looks fine to me.
● UV 10/10: UV looks great, I have a pretty cheap UV light but it's aligned right and looks fire.
● Scanning 9/10: Works great on BCS, the first name has a lot of space between it and the last name when it reads out, but it isn't flagged as a fake. It should work fine.
● Conclusion: Overall, I'm super happy with these nRI's. The template looks really good, and these should work fine in OOS New England and Canada. With a low Uncerintanty, I can say these are great.

oME
● Uncertainty: High. Comparing with Barbook and my Authentic U21 ME, along with years of experience of IDing instate. Got this to test out their ME for review, since I already have a boatload of good IDs.
● Template 4/10: I'd avoid ME in general (super common fake, especially in New England), but OIS needs to do some serious work on these unless they go to the nME soon. The spacing on the template is generally good, but there are some serious coloring flaws. My U21 has a slightly different template than the O21, but the colors are supposed to be the same (different amount of cattails, different DL title color, etc). The "MAINE" title, Mt.Katahdin/Sky, and blue micro print lines are slightly too dark, the picture background is more of a teal than a light blue, the moose isn't as detailed or as dark as the authentic and the cattail leaves are too light. In general, the blues on this ID are just too dark, I can't really find any blue with the right shade. On the back, the ME and State Seal are more of a copper than a brown, and the white space on the Authentic is slightly browner or darker than the pure white on the OIS O21 - might just because my ID is almost 4 years old though. The HUGE flaw is the texture, the OIS is more of a matte than a gloss (semi-gloss would be a generous description), the real ME is super glossy. It seems a couple mm too thick as well, nowhere near as bendy as my U21.
● Photoshop 7/10: The picture is wayyy too zoomed out. authentic just has face and a little neck, while the OIS has a lot of shoulders showing.
● Signature 8/10: Used MS Paint with a size 2 pencil, and it came out pretty good. A little too thick, but the right size.
● OVI 6/10: oME has some hella easy OVI, but somehow OIS can't get it right. The seal looks okay at best, you can't make out the people on either side of the seal, and it's much fainter at the same angles compared to the authentic. At least the gold color is 1:1
● UV NA/10: oME has no UV.
● Scanning 9/10: Works great on BCS. Once again I got the weird spacing issue between names, but BCS doesn't flag is as a suspect fake so I guess It would work.
● Conclusion: I'd avoid this ID at all costs until they do some serious color matching, OVI, texture and flexibility work. You might be able to go to some gas stations outside of New England, but I doubt any clubs/Liq stores would accept this. I guarantee If you use this anywhere in New England (especially instate) it would get pulled suuuper quick just by the texture alone. Just go with an OIS nRI or some other state if you're considering an OIS oME, I would have pity laughed if somebody gave me this when I worked as a cashier.
