So it turns out it's not shipping delays or slow CS that can hurt your profit the most as a vendor, it's dumb gullible kids on Tik Tok. The BCS app updating to be able to catch fakes somehow translates to THE FBI RAIDED OIS AND THEY HAD A SECURITY BREACH

Like how fucking dumb do you have to he to come to that conclusion? I also don't get how it translated to this issue solely affects OIS when it affects every vendor (except 21done from what I can tell). Furthermore, when it's just this app being affected, the chances of your ID not scanning somewhere is low unless every app/software gets an update, so these kids are just giving this issue more exposure than it should have for a couple likes on tik tok.

What's even funnier is these kids are saying " I'm safe bc I have an id from bogus braxtor " ....if only they knew they're the same fucking person as OIS. Everyone at my party last night was all telling me how they're freaked out about this and I kept trying to explain why half the shit on tik tok is false and why it isn't that big of a deal.

OIS has a solid reputation, and now thanks to this gullible as fuck clout chasing generation, their profits are gonna take a cut for a minute. I know they'll get it under control, but it's crazy that the weirdest things are what affect profits the most.

Best way to make tons of profit? Once OIS and everyone else fixes the issue, tell these kids that these new barcodes are more expensive to generate and you have to charge them more than you did in the past. With what I'm seeing on tik tok I'm almost certain kids everywhere will believe that BS.

Overall, most current under 21 year olds are dumb as shit. Educate yourself and your friends so false info like this doesn't get spread around as easily in the future

So true lol, it also comes down to your confidence I've had my OIS nOH for almost 3 years never had an issue passed in state and surrounding comes down to your confidence lol the raised DOB text has fell off and of course the BCS issue, everytime ive gotten confronted I just say I haven't had time to renew

Its actually shocking to me how quick this spread.

1 week ago, if I mentioned "OIS" kids would have no idea what that is. Now, I have 4 mid size groups holding off on orders until I can confirm that 'my' IDs will pass the new update.

BTW, when was the last time an actual bouncer actually scanned anyones ID? In my experience it has only been gas stations and such that have bothered.

Whats crazy to me is the wild conspiracies everyone created and for what ? Why does everyone think the government clicked a magic button and now fakes don't work? Like that's not how tf it works its one app i know you know that but it's crazy. These Tik Tok kids spreading false information about OIS and causing harm to their reputation need to take an iq test free ASAP! It's outrageous how easily misinformation spreads among the younger generation. Let's educate ourselves and stop this madness!
