Hello, I have been having a hard time trying to manage team performance after switching to remote working. It is quite a challenge to monitor everybody’s progress to ensure that assignments are completed in good time and with maximum efficiency. I want something simple but effective to help me keep track of how long people work and how well they perform. Do you know any tools like this one?
