fakeyourdrank order taking too long? ( self )

I placed an order for four IDs around the middle of September and paid for rush shipping. I haven't gotten any order update and when message them they just give me an automated text message. Any help?

What's your order ID? We have had about 3 batches lost in shipment so we had to reprint them. Yours may be included in this, we don't give auto mated messages. Have you submitted a support ticket?

My order is also taking long. The status has been on RTP Completed for about 2.5 weeks now and has yet to change to “shipped”. I ordered express shipping and submitted a support ticket but they said they could not help me. My order number is 9072174-182888. Any info would be helpful, thanks!
