Shipping - 10/10. USPS sucks nowadays and so my priority mail package took over a week and a half to arrive after being dropped off. Even still, this is way better in terms of security and speed than any non-domestic producers.
Support - 10/10. Had a small issue with order updating, which they responded to and fixed within about a day and a half. Unfortunately, this meant I missed the batch I meant to get put into, but that wasn't a big deal.
Card Material - ?/10. Comparing to my U21 Illinois, the card material is much stiffer and feels a little bit heavier. However, I'm sure this is because they changed the card material since ~2017 when I got my U21. The material feels a bit papery, which jives with some reddit threads I've seen where people complained about the new material of Illinois IDs (since bouncers a couple years ago started rejecting the REAL new Illinois IDs because they felt fake).
Photoshop - 6/10. The shadows around my face are (to my eye) obviously photoshopped, but I'm probably being too nitpicky. The issue is that the shadows are far too gradual for a real DMV picture, where the light tends to be harsh and directed at your face, thereby creating harsh shadows only directly under or barely behind your silhouette. Contrasting that to the 21done ID, the shadow starts near my silhouette and there is normal shadow that is very sharp like a normal ID, but the issue is that there is a lighter shadow behind that sharp shadow all the way out to about the magenta lines in the image I've drawn (it isn't possible to see the slight shadows because it is subtle in the picture, but very clear in real life).
This might be typical, but it obvious to my eye that this is the result of photoshop; there is almost an aura of shadow around the lower half of my face.

Template: ?/10. Idk. Looks good to me, but I don't have enough exp to tell you one way or the other.
I will try to remember to update this once I try it out.
