Much more likely to have a door kicked in after a few weeks of watching versus IDs themselves. Material implies you could be making IDs for far, far worse than drinking. If it's under 100 sheets I wouldn't worry about much more than a knock and talk. More than that, maybe it's time to shut down and rethink why you had material sent to a vulnerable address.
