Best OIS state out of these? ( self )

I live in NC but I’m going to college in SC next year, I need an over 21 OIS id to use in bars in both states. I’m thinking about going with one of these states— GA, AL, or NC. Which one of these states are the best to use? If there is a southern state better than the ones I listed, I’d be willing to look into it. I know the NC is very good but I’m not sure if it’s smart to use a fake nc while in-state.

not NC because you live there ive heard that GA is pretty soild

OIS Ga is solid and My nNC is a solid ID too.

GA is good, dont get AL its old... NC is one of OIS's best IDs but the problem is you won't be able to drink back home... I would get an OIS u21 nGA! (The u21 is better color matched and less faked)

NC is good but not ISP, id go GA cause AL had some issues with the UV when I got mine, GA should be great
