FYD - Assistance ( self )

Hey all, got a couple issue, hoping someone might be able to assist or provide a solution.

I have a u21 OH from another vendor but wanted to purchase o21 OH from FYD to save some LTC using coupon.

First Issue, no place to include the u21 DL number from previous vendor.

Second issue, went to change payment from btc to ltc but had already input coupon code and now, it says GTFO and won't allow the coupon.

Opening ticket seems pointless due to time constraints.

Any thoughts, direction, or way to remedy these two issues??

  1. Cannot choose your own DL number, we generate that
  2. Submit new order since you have not paid, we will fix this issue.
