FYD pleeease change nPA to $35 in the reseller program ( self )

Now that Ohio is going to be outdated there is going to be one less option for Midwest IDs in the reseller program. If you change the nPA price from $50 to $35 I'll love you forever I swear. I live in IL (RIP opsec) so I don't want to sell your nIL to people.
