Hello. I don't know if anyone else has been having problems like these, but I wanted to make them aware. I have purchased from IDKing before, but this time around it has been much more complicated. I chose to pay through Zelle, but the email they told me to send the money to is invalid. I tried to use their previous saved information from an order a year ago, but that email was still unable to receive my payment. When I tried to submit a ticket, I never got a confirmation email. I wrote down the ticket ID and still could not access an existing ticket. I was curious if anyone else was having this problem?
