Which is the better nIL? I've seen a lot of reviews on 21done being good ids, but on budgets website the id looks pretty good.

I'm not sure if he has held budget's or not. Without the two in hand together, it would be hard for someone to say which they prefer. I've heard nothing but good things about budget's nIL and plenty others of his, so I can't say.
