Ok so, I’ve actually done some investigating into this. Actually having “-0000” is an issue. Real TNs either have 5 or an actual plus 4. The reason for the variation is because when you go to the DMV, whatever proof of residency you bring in is the one they get the address from. So if your electric bill has xxxxx-xxxx then your drivers license will have the +4. Let’s say someone else brings in their water bill and it only has the 5 digit zip with no +4, then your ID will only have the 5 digit zip on it. So having a +4 or not having one doesn’t matter. My real FL has a 5 digit zip with no +4. However, my friends real FL has the +4. All addresses have a +4, it’s the code that USPS uses to route to your house. So saying that the “-0000” means you don’t have a +4 is false from what I’ve read. The actual “-0000” isn’t a real +4 and the ID will still scan, but when someone actually takes the time to examine it (ex. Bouncers) they’ll know it’s fake. I do believe that 5th floor allows you to enter a +4 and this particular user forgot to enter it, leaving it blank. 5th has a lot of orders and can’t verify every address people feed them to put on IDs, so it got put as “-0000”. If you looked at other reviews, you’d see that some people opted to not get a +4 and others opted for it. However, when deciding whether or not to get it on your ID, don’t leave the option blank. This will leave you with the unfortunate occurrence that the user you mentioned has. This is all info from what I’ve read, however I’m quite sure I’m correct.

Edit: contact 5th to let them know you don’t want a +4 when you’ve left the option blank. If you don’t contact then I think this is when the -0000 +4 issue happens. Additionally, there’s a way to find the +4 for every address, just google search it.

What about real IDs that have -0000? Ive seen multiple real IDs with that for the last 4 for the zip so I don't believe its a dead giveaway at all.

If you’ve seen real IDs like that, then I guess I was wrong. I just didn’t think the +4 0000 existed anywhere
