I have had several conversations with your customer service and they were unnecessarily rude. I asked the progress of our ID’s since you on your website it says we should receive the order before New Years if we order before 12/10 (which we did) and we have yet to receive our order. Your customer service replies “yeah shits been real slow”. We’ve been waiting for a month now and the customer service is giving us no information about our order. So what the fuck is up?!?!
