What state are you in? Are you in MI or CA.
If you are in MI, Honestly IDLucy with the raised text is my recommendation if this is not your first fake. As long as you have the calm nerves of an "actual 21 year old" then LucyMI will pass all day. BUT - the nCA by OIS is a really solid ID, and you may want to consider it because even though out of state IDs are scrutinized more, your likelihood of finding a clerk/bouncer that recognizes flaws is slim to none.
If you are in CA, and it is ONLY between OIS nCA and Lucy MI... I won't give you advice but some facts:

  • OIS nCA has passed in state despite some flaws that may seem obvious
  • Lucy MI is a really solid ID and honestly great, but the auto PS can be annoying with portraits

I don't think they offer raised anymore bc it was so minimal and not noticeable, but I fully agree about their PS, it has always been the one small downside to the otherwise good ID

Isn't it considered identity theft if you use someone else's address if you got an out of state id?

No.
Identity theft is when you copy someone's ID details like DLN, name and address etc, the closest people come in this scene is cloning ID info down to the exact (Usually CC or retail) or borrowing and ID of someone that looks like you. The latter is usually not charged as such because most people are doing that soley for drinking, which is a more accepted deviance.
If you are using a real address but the rest of your own info, it falls more into forged document type statutes which are usually misdemeanors but carry felony maximums in some states.
If you really are bugging out about this you can just change a number on a real address to make it non existent.

Which ID is the best for me to use instate in your opinion?

I'm afraid I'm kinda lost- when you say instate are you referring to California or Michigan or both

I want to use the ID in California, not Michigan lol.

Lucy will pass in California just fine. I would go with that- when people talk about the OIS nCA as "ISP" it's in the context that it is one of the best nCAs rn but not the best one possible, so out of state with a quality ID like Lucy is going to be the move because in general out of state is always going to be your friend.

Yeah I am by no means saying the RTP isn't the bees knees-
I think what you guys are trying to do with one of the filters (auto adjust contrast possibly??) is mimic the oversaturationish lighting of the MI reals, but when a customer sends in a well lit photo it gives it too much contrast making some of the more pale Caucasian/Asian customers look really oversaturated-more than a flash would do.
A slider of or some sort of two option (Low/High) option would probably improve that imo-hope this didn't come off as trash talk

Basically - if your drop shadows look better now and there is no longer a "greenscreen-ish halo effect" around hair, then that is all it really needs.

Should I be able to use Lucy's ID in Vegas Casinos?

I got an ID from some guy my friend knew. The ids were really solid but mine doesn't scan at some places like a strip club and they had a black box scanner. My friend who got the same ID from where I got mine and my other friends who got OIS nCA did scan. I live in CA. They let me in anyways because they gave it to the owner and he said it's real let him in. It's not just between OIS and Lucy. I just know that OIS is really solid and done buisness with them for friends in the past. Lucy seems promising due to that they focus on one state and that their template is close to perfect. The scanning aspect just adds the cherry on top of it.
