Looking to get a new Illinois Id, not sure who to go with though. So far from what I’ve read about evolved on this forum is good and I’ve read the same about OIS but I went on there site into there discussion and seen some bad reviews, someone even said they never got anything and the guy never responded so I’m not sure. And 21 done seems good only thing is with them is it says they only take bitcoin atm and the closest done is about an hour from me. Looking for feedback on the best quality and most reputable place to buy new Illinois from

Evolved and OIS both make solid IL fakes. Customs is annoying, and the delays caused by international shipping are annoying, but they both provide a quality product at a fair price, and both offer solid CS.
