I wanna start doing more downsouth states. Just wanna clarify some things for states I've never seen.
Some states have ovi laminates and some have ovi hologram overlays. Like Pennsylvania. Is a sticker lam. While North Carolina isnt. Is any one from these states and can take a quick look for me?
