I’ve texted OIS CS about it in the past but they won’t respond and I don’t think this is passable.

The left side of your face is in a shadow, easiest way to tell is by looking at the ear. Will work some places. But it's also 100% user error: that type of photo does not come from bad PS, it's because when you (or whoever took it) were taking it one part of the room had less light and there was no "key" light on the face so you got an unrealistic photo. Take better photos=better IDs no matter who the vendor
