what happened to lost-ids?? ( self )

i placed an order with them a few weeks back, sent an email roughly 2 weeks after my order for an update. no responses. ik other people have been having the same problem as well

i heard he contracted the corona virus two weeks ago and haven't heard back since.

i also recently placed an order ~1 month ago and have yet to get anything. Ive had a few emails with support but it looks like they just tell me me is is still in production?? 1 month is a lil ridiculous imo.
