Submit a ticket but if you do happen to get the money back order from somewhere else. FYD has way more orders than they can handle right now, I’m on month 3 of waiting for mine to ship. The IDs are good just very long waiting time atm.

3 months!? Thats absolutely insane to wait that long. You sure your ID just didn't get overlooked and lost at this point?

I had been a reseller of FYD since 2018, but over this summer they lost two of my orders. They were very slow as well: the average shipping time recently was 6-8 weeks for other orders. They even deleted the ticket where I asked for the tracking for the orders that were lost. I moved on to another vendor since then.
