Best OIs state for use in NY ( self )

What is the best OIS for use in NY. Friend is stuck between nPA, nRI, nNC, nMA. How would you rank these from best to worst? I am well aware that these are all amazing ids.

Personally in quality I go nNC nRI nMA nPA but for NY I say go nRI

Suprising that you put nPA last considering it is his most hyped. Are you talking in terms of value or straight up quality because im okay with paying the extra 20$ for nPA but if nRI is just better I will go with that.
That’s the problem with nPA is it is hyped. It’s a pretty average Id imo but nRI stands out with nNC as his best ones imo

Damn I ordered the ids 2 weeks ago but he didnt recieve the payment until today and after reading this is think nRI is the better quality id. Think im gonna shoot him a Pm to change it. Do you think this is risky and I will bother or confuse him?

You can give it a try if both IDs are the same price, don't complain if it doesn't go through though
I'd add nCA to that list, and I'd go nNC nCA nFL nRI nMA nPA so agree with dead
Do you also agree that RI is better than NC for usage in the NYC area? Or do you think I should go for the best possible id considering that NC is still relatively close to NY
I'd say go for nNC since the increase in quality justifies the farther location in my book. However if you think location is more important than quality go nRI, it's still a very good ID. I just think nNC is one of OIS's top 3 IDs. I also forgot to add nFL to my OIS rankings, I've done that too it's also a good option
