This is looking like the final time i'll need to post about WU for a bit. All orders that were showing as "Pending pickup" or "failed" were just reset with a new receiver to send your money to.
What you need to do is simply change the receiver to the new person showing on your account page for your order. When you get your new MTCN details, submit them on your account page just as you did the first time. Our new mule will pick them up within 24-48 hours this time around.
Some orders that submit details last night have already been picked up :)
If you cant change the receiver on your original transfer then you'll need to refund it then send it to the new receiver and submit your MTCN details on your account page just as you did the first time.
NOTE
If a WU order has disappeared off your account page, its due to it having an old mule. I wanted to prevent anyone else from wasting their time by sending it to a bad WU mule. Simply replace your order and send your money like you would any other time. Sorry for the inconvenience!
