We just realized a total of 105 Rush shipments were provided tracking and the tracking status has been stuck on "Pending"/"Shipping Label Created". We are sorting this issue out right now. Expect an update on Monday with your tracking number updated or you will be supplied a brand new tracking number. LIMITED TO ONLY THE AMOUNT YOU HAD IN ORDER. If you had 1 ID, You get 1 ID free. If you had 10 ID and paid rush for 10 ID. You get 10 ID free.

The affected orders are below, please use CTRL F and search your order number. Also, if your order is in here we will in return give you an extra FREE ID for your order since it was not fully "rushed" to compensate for the rush charge. Please contact our support about this, reference your order number on your account and the new order you submitted.

So yeah, seems like our shipping agent fucked up. So about a $4,000 total loss for us in paying $35 for express delivery on each package from china, not to mention materials. So please, don't complain and be patient. So we will be spending about another $4,000 in sending them all to you again
