FYD Payment Pending ( self )

Confused on why my order status says "payment pending" and hasn't turned to "payment received". I placed an order that was $230.00, I paid $233.00. $3 more than what I should've paid to make sure it was enough BTC. The transaction is confirmed on the block chain but my order still says "payment pending" and its been more than 48 hours. My other orders change from "Payment pending" to "payment received" within minutes. Is there a reason it is taking so long? Ive contacted support as well. Ticket number: 29291

Make sure to pay the EXACT amount of bitcoin requested or your order may not be accepted. Which is x bitcoin.

Thats what it says when you go to pay for a order on their website, create a ticket with the order # and explain what you did wrong.

every order that I placed, I have always paid a little more to make sure there is enough btc. and its never been a problem. I dont know why it is happening now. but I already submitted the ticket, waiting for a reply
