All OIS scam in fact everyone who sells on the VVL should scan. As for OIS o21 GA specifically, it’s a hella good ID prob one of his best. I only know about the U21 but everyone else loves the o21 as far as I’m aware. Just look at other OIS reviews for any state. Personally the only bad part about my OIS is I give him shitty pictures because I don’t have a good camera and none of my friends do either. It’s hard for them to work with bad pics so just submit a solid pic and it’ll be fire. Pic isn’t too important anyway as long as it’s u and u submit a photo with a solid color background preferably blue like the DMV screen then you’ll be set. OIS GA is a solid choice
