just got evolved az id. WTF? ( self )

I just redcieved evolved ID after waiting over a month and let just say its fucking horrible. The card stock feels like a credit card. The uv has some weird ass shit goin on. There is a weird glossy surgace to the card. Y make this state if you can't do it properly?

If it is a teslin base, then it is technically correct.
nAZ is a teslin based card with semi gloss satin smooth lam on the front and a harder cold press on the back to accommodate the mag strip.
They are not PVC, but they are also not in the same thin range as say an old OR or a TN.
Also this type of comment means nothing without proof pics for verification.
And some of these issues could be simple corrections by the printer that you could have gone through CS, but instead chose to do this.

You posted no pictures to validate your claims of how "horrible" the ID is.. so please do that before you complain about an ID you have no knowledge about

What I was complaining about is the ID is too stiff and it’s warped the thing doesn’t even sit flat. It is way to stiff to feel like an AZ ID. And you saying I don’t know what an AZ I’d looks like is comical I have been a AZ resident my whole life up until a year ago. The ID sucks plain and simple.

Whose IDs feel like real? Not trying to blame anyone, but why is it hard to make card stocks that feel like real ID?
Most places accept different state's ID. It's better to make one great ID than many mediocres.

I am comparing with a real MI u21. There are a few things wrong with this ID. The first and most obvious being that the faded picture on the right side is supposed to be black and white, but on the Evolved it is colored. Next, the zip code on real Michigan IDs are supposed to be the 5 +4 digit zip code. The website did not let me input the +4, so I messaged Evolved and he said that the website would automatically generate it for me, but the +4 is not printed on the ID which is concerning. The ne

This is where I doubt this ID being classified in state passible. Showed it to my classmate who’s from Ohio and instantly he commented on how bright the colors were, something I noticed when comparing to my friends. Also sticker on back with class/barcode is obvious to the eye and touch. ID feels a lot thicker than my friends (pic below). Other than these concerns the font and lines look even and consistent.

conclusion: 7/10

With my concerns noted in the template section I dont think this ID would pass in state or at very strict bars/venues. Someone from Ohio immediately noticing the colors was a big concern to me as most people can’t notice the small details that bouncers would. I’m going to use it at WMU next weekend at places my friend has used hers at so hopefully I’ll be back with updates.

conclusion: 5/10

I feel like there’s better vendors. My ids don’t scan and the bouncer bent it in half easily and now it has a fat crease. I don’t see the hype around these ids.

yes
