OIS Turnaround Time? ( self )

Hello, I placed an order on OIS 16 days ago and used Bitcoin for payment. The order status changed to “Order Confirmed” from “Payment Pending” within a day after I made the order, however no status update has been given since then and no shipping information has been provided to me and I chose domestic shipping which said the turnaround time was roughly 10-14 days. Is it normal for it to take this long with no update to status or the tracking information?

Same here, 16 days ago haven’t heard anything, last order only took like 10 days to ship when I DIDNT pay for domestic shipping, I did pay on this one and it hasn’t even shipped yet. Waste of $30 and potentially a lot more money if they don’t ship out soon.

Yeah, I've previously placed orders without domestic as well and they seem to have shipped faster (or at least given me a tracking number). Have you reached out to their support? I was hoping they would respond to my thread on here before I had to send an email.

I'm having the same issue, reached out to support but haven't had any luck yet. They said they would resend the id's if nothing changed within 5 days (they said that 5+ days ago), just waiting on them to get back to me about resending the package. I also paid domestic, maybe a package got seized or smth?
