FYD won't respond, lost $500, don't know what to do ( self )

I put in an order through FYD back in August, which I've done plenty of times with no issues. My payment method was Western Union which I also have done many times, so I sent over about $500 to the receiver that was listed. I followed all their steps correctly, but my order was denied because of payment issues. So I called WU and they told me that the person I sent the money to was on a list of people that are banned and that they wouldn't give me my money back unless I sent them photos of an ID that shows that it was a different person then the banned one. I contacted FYD support and they basically went back and forth with bullshit and that they were trying to sort it out. Now they won't respond at all. I'll link the screenshots of the conversation with FYD below. I'm out $500 now with a ton of people mad at me about ID's even though I did nothing wrong and followed all their steps correctly. Hoping they sort this out as I've been a loyal buyer to FYD for over a year now

FYD is not going to scam u . No big vendor is going to exit scam for such a low amount . He makes more then that an hour.

He got a huge lot seized at customs , I can tell u from the past something like that happens all u think about is getting them remade and shipped out and a new way to ship so it doesnt happen again. Once all that is fixed he should be back to normal. I was lucky this school yeat but last year i was fucked for sept and oct because of shit getting seized and it took all my energy to get it all fixed up and redone . Some think its easy to do this and to find new ways for them to ship overseas to the US . Its not they need to change shit and test shit out all the time .

I'm not gonna act like FYD hasn't been a little on edge lately, but I will say WU is in my opinion the worst payment method. You jump through so many hoops whereas BTC takes 15 minutes if you have an atm near you and 3 if you sign up via cashapp

You do realize this is not an issue on our end, it's on your end with Western Union. In the support ticket tell us what Western Union wants for you to provide so you can get a refund.

We do not have your money, we have not scammed your money, like I said. This is an issue on your end not ours.

I did tell you what you need to do in the support ticket. And it's not an issue on my end with Western Union. The name that YOU gave me to send the money to was on a blacklist for western union, how is that my fault
