Depends on how tight they are when they catch you. Could be nothing or a few charges.

I was wondering the same thing. Most of the articles I read where for people actually manufacturing it or had like 100+ fakes on them. I only have like 10 on me and I don't make them. Possession of one is a crime too but how big of one depends on where you are and the cops themselves.
