Material Vendor ( self )

If you sent a material vendor money for materials told them exactly what you need and they tell you ok send money then when you send money they say “ oh we don’t have it” and just hold your money and tell you well you can get anything we have in stock NO I need what I asked for ... what you think the solution should be ?!

Depends on what the whole story is here as your pretty vague on it.

For example I have a customer who bought 3 items on a weekend end of january and at the moment we had it all in stock. Got paid for it a while after that and was out of 1 thing out of the 2 , but the third thing was coming in stock the next few days. I asked the person do u want me to send u the 2 things and the third thing will come in and will ship out the third thing. Person replied no he will wait for all 3. Then the Virus came and nothing got shipped from China until this week now, the customer makes it seem like its my fault the Virus closed china for almost a month. No one is holdong anything , he was offered anything else we have in stock. He could also ask for a refund if he wanted. So as i said depends on what the story is with your supplier.
