As a recent customer I can certainly acknowledge that DF has been having a ton of problems as of late. But he does actually answer my emails and I know for a fact he's doing his best.
He sent me out an ID that had a problem and was quick to offer me a reprint, although I don't think he's shipped yet I'm not all that mad.
He's doing the best that he can to make sure that people get the product they pay for, offering a ton of reprints. DF definitely doesn't deserve the accusations that he's scamming because he isn't at all.
Not going to tell you that you should order from DF if you're in a rush, but he is a trustworthy vendor.
