magnetic stripe track question ( self )

So I can't get the jerm to work. It has an AZ.idf file tho. Can I use that file in some other software? I know how to write stuff to the card I just don't know how to generate the right stuff to write.

I have an ohio mag stripe track generator. Would changing just the OH to AZ make it valid?
