Hologram overlay ( self )

Quick question. Are their any current states that still use a hologram overlay?

I know pa does. Any other? I heard Tennessee has a ovi iverlay... any truth to this?

PA actually don't! Those sh!t overlays are a dead give away if it has the UV embedded due to you having the ability to seeing the UV without the light. I print the UV and use the OVI laminate with a clear overlay on top. Please note that PA has a new DL with window similar to FL and IN.

Lol I have a real pa right here. Pa definitely has an ovi overlay for sure. As for the uv u can see without looking in the light. My suggestion is that you do not use flourecent on the overlay. If u apply it directly to the teslin it will not show in the day
