Introduction: Recently over thanks giving my cousins came into town to eat with us for the holiday. Upon being asked to go to Utah for snowboarding / skiing with them for Christmas break, my cousin was stoked and wanted me to get an ID because she already had one and we couldn't get into bars if she was the only one who had one. I intend on writing a very fair ID review

FYD's Customer service is great at responding fast and concisely. That being said the answers are very vague and short unless it's about your ID. don't ask for an ETA, simply won't give you anymore than a "Idk, next week?" (I did ask a question once and the answer they gave me was another question lmao) however, I did mess up my weight after I paid for my ID and I was able to submit a ticket and they changed it for me. Satisfied with that! customer service is helpful unless you ask stupid questions, they don't have time / patience for that. understandable, but it'd be a little more comforting

Advertised turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. When my order was taking a little longer I asked if it would make the turnaround time. CS said it was now 3-4 weeks, probably just an influx of orders. I ordered the 27th and my IDs came the 22nd. not bad, but from what I've heard FYD isn't fully domestic, they drop ship from china and reship domestically so no seized packages once you get your tracking number
Photoshop: 10
Pretty clean. I submitted a good photo and got one in return. Shadows look good and everything checks out, similar to my real ID pic. Looks nice, they made me look better too ;)

Template is OLD! Ohio's template was updated as of 2018. When I went to the store and tried to buy alc the second time, she said she couldn't sell to me because my "ID didn't check out" and she "googled my ID". Regardless, the template being however old is pretty good. Stuff looks spot on, everything where it should be. ALSO! I almost forgot to add, I could see the lamination overlay on the card and feel it with my fingers. I think thats a pretty big giveaway that should be looked into.
Holograms/OVI: IMO- Holograms are very shiny, but not to a point where its terrible. I think the holograms rasied some suspiscion in the lady I was buying drink from and led to her googling "ohio ID" and not allowing me to purchase again. I haven't seen a real Ohio ID, but I feel like they wouldn't be that shiny. PM me if i'm wrong though and I'll change this

Scanning: 7
Does not scan on PD417's at two gas stations I bought pods from. Kinda dissapointed because if it wont scan on those it raises suspiscion level, especially when its an out of state ID. Employees tried scanning it multiple times and ended just looking at it and selling me the pods after a few suspicious looks. Scans on BCS but not a PD417.I've heard that BCS is notorious for being shitty, I don't think BCS should constitue a scan test, just quality control to see if the info shows up. Mine did on BCS. Ended up submitting a ticket and we'll see what FYD says
Signature: 10
Signature is definitley a 10. I used the signature pad that they offer on the website. Highly suggest that for quality signatures, you're a fool if you use printer paper and a sharpie over this. Side note: I did use a stylus when signing so it looked exceptionally good
Conclusion: 8
Pretty good ID, but if it were to scan on PD417s this would definitley be a 9. If it scanned on PD417s and the holos werent as vibrant, most definitley a 10. The biggest takeaway from this though is that the ID is outdated, and WILL cause you trouble in the future, especially if you're a new buyer and looking at ID reviews a few months after this was posted. Hopefully FYD releases an updated template and I could give that a review. If you guys have questions or criticism please DM to discuss. I ended up purchasing another ID becaues FYD's didnt scan.. really need it to because it's out of state.
