FYD Need help Please ( self )

I Was told to order from FYD from a friend they got their ID within a week or two but I’m afraid it’s not looking good for me. My order number is 5849-50836 and it’s been in progress for two weeks I would just like to know the status on my order and when it should arrive to me I have submitted tickets but haven’t got a real answer :(

My bad, estimate was off. We are reshipping orders now. The batch just arrived in USA today. Tracking provided today
