This may not be the most popular advice as it's not as fun but my brother I feel you and I've been there. I swear the difference maker is exercise. High intensity cardio. No joke, you feel like a million bucks and it can actually start to heal the mind. 3-4 times a week, 40-60 mins and your world will be a much better place. Give it a shot and stay strong.

Dude, WTF do you mean that is not the most popular advice? My doctor legitimately told me that if I exercise more I can more naturally have higher baseline dopamine. You may not know it - but that advice is based in science.
I go to the gym, now I do that more and I feel great. Cheers lad

Unfortunately, today, every third suffers from psychological problems. I repeatedly face various problems, and it is not always possible to consult a doctor in a timely manner. I recently discovered therapy chat and it has really saved me on more than one occasion. I always get qualified help here on various issues of my health. It is very convenient and saves my time. No need to stand in line and go somewhere. I consider this a positive development in the provision of medical services.
