OIS extortion?? ( self )

Hi. Recently one of my friends got a letter in the mail asking for 1.5x the amount we paid OIS for our ids or they will release a package to law enforcement with everyone in our order’s info. Is this legit?? Has anyone else had this problem?

How did they access to their order information?? Your website's been hacked again or you have given access to unreliable workers?

Sounds like someone has access to their orders that shouldn't... very possible that their website has been compromised and they have access to all orders and are sending these to everyone that's ordered. Back when they operated as FakeIDLab it happened over and over...
