I appreciate the regular updates, however they seem to not be true. My order has said “in progress” for 2 weeks and was told that it would ship last week during the whole seized orders thing. Which it didn’t. I think FYD is doing amazing in terms of customer service but I just ask can you be realistic/truthful in your updates?

Pretty ironic and disingenuous considering the reviews are coming in for us hot, suggesting otherwise. I don't blame you though. Just understand you are in the extreme minority, and that the people in your position tend to be much louder than the masses who received, as they have no incentive to speak. Please if you have not already, submit a ticket on our website.

I don't ignore anything. I might just be the most active CS here. Either you didn't include your order number or you accidentally sent the same PM twice, which would register as spam for me.

Appreciate the response. I sent it with the order number in the subject and in the PM and sent it once. But I understand that with such a big vendor these things get lost, don’t sweat it

Same issue. Was assured it would be out by last week, then by today, and now all post offices are closed and it still hasn't been sent out. Not happy about this

We tell everyone all of our updates are estimates, if all goes well with shipments those estimates are correct. If there is a delay at customs or a package is seized then the estimate will change.
