So I sent bitcoin to OIS this morning at 10 EST for an order. Once the transaction went through the six confirmations, the order status changes from “payment pending” to “on-hold.” I emailed his CS and he said not to worry, but I’m worrying anyway. I know I might freaking out over nothing, but I’m just worried because I have no idea what “on-hold” means on his website, and I don’t wanna lose these peoples’ money. The CS said that they didn’t get the money yet and I don’t know what to do. Has anyone ever had this happen before?
