Old Ironsides Shipping Time and Payment Confirmation Question ( self )

Hi! I put in a large order (18 people) at Old Ironsides on July 2, and submitted payment on July 3rd. Under the order status, it says order confirmed, but I never got an email or anything confirming the payment had gone through, and there is not yet a tracking number. I don't want to bother OIS by asking when they will be delivered, but am wondering if anyone had any idea how long it would take them to complete the order and ship to the United States (even a rough estimate would be amazing). Also, does order confirmed mean that the payment was recieved? Thanks!

That's what is advertised, but anectodally I just got an OIS order that was roughly 1-1.5 weeks total turnaround. OP has had a longer turnaround than me, so they may have a problem

hello. I put an order in for just myself and I put my order number in the paypal just like the website told me to and now it say order confirmed. I wasn't sure if that means the order is being worked on or will start to be worked on soon. Ive been reading other comments and I'm worried I won't get my id ever because people are saying its a scam. please let me know if anyone feels this way or if oldironside can reply to this. It would help me a lot

I recently purchased an ID and used paypal, I forgot to include the order number in the payment description. I emailed OIS customer service my order number and transaction ID. Am I okay or should I be worried? Thanks
